Why does the automobile bailout not require any union pay cuts?
I don't really like bailing out auto companies any morethan I like bailing out banks. But it may be necessary to help save our economy. However, these companies can never be competetive and viable without major UAW concessions.
Don't read the lies the media are telling you,the wages and benefits for the UAW member is $50 compared to $45 for Toyota.
But as a UAW member I would take a pay cut if the Senators and Congressmen will.
