2012 BMW 6-Series Convertible will make its debut at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show
BMW has already released some images of the new 6 Series Convertible at the LA Auto Show, but in spite of this they chose to unveil the car at the 2011 NAIAS, along with the new X3, the revised 1 Series coupe and convertible and the new 1 Series M... The BMW 6-Series Convertible will finally make its debut at the 2011 Detroit Motor Show, and it is expected to make quite an impression. BMW will offer this car in the U. S. with either a six speed manual transmission, or an eight speed automatic sports transmission. The car will come with RWD and will hit an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h), while 60 mph (0 to 100 km/h) will take this car just 4.
2011 BMW X3 M Sports Package: New Images
The 2011 BMW X3 M Sports Package also offers front sport seats covered in leather, an Anthracite roof liner and various other styling updates. The German carmaker has released a new set of images of the 2011 BMW X3 M Sports Package as the new kit will be on display at this year's Paris auto show. Although it's called a "Sports Package", the new 2011 BMW X3 M kit does not bring any extra power to the small SUV. The 2011 BMW X3 M Sports Package includes 19 inch alloys, and a special, multifunction leather steering wheel that's fitted with gearshift paddles for the xDrive35i.

Not being close enough to a dealer to risk limping the X3 in, I called and asked the closest BMW dealership for a recommendation on what to do. After being transferred to the parts department, the associate who picked up couldn't tell me.
