Would a motorcycle driver under 21 be able to use a BMW K75 for a road trip?

i want to take a tour of europe on a motorcycle. But the laws say that under 21s cannot drive a motorcycle over 33bhp. But i have been given advice that the K75 or the K100 are the best bikes for the job. Is it possible to drive them?

The ABS Wee might need four fingers for good stops, but it modulates nicely and feels more intuitive to me. I was concerned about the lower fuel capacity but I needn't have been. The cycle time on the ABS was much longer than on the V-Strom and once it started cycling, I don't thing it was going to stop unless the bike did. It's a good thing it had ABS because my first stop locked up the front wheel. Everybody who has been praising BMW brakes are welcome to them. They have great power all right, but I want to use some muscle to modulate a brake. I would have to get off anyway before needing fuel. If that's what ABS naysayers are talking about, I understand the position....
