Do any automobile navigation systems have features to avoid "bad" neighborhoods?

i.e. the black or minority sections of inner cities? I have started working for a small delivery service and I use tomtom and it keeps routing me thru some dangerous neighborhoods....are there any with an ANB (Avoid black neighborhoods) option?
i wish they would because on my way to a concert driving my mom's lexus all dressed up did my cell nav put us through cracktown in Indiana in circles... I wanted to shoot the thing. There should be a setting for that reason, it's not discrimination
