Quickest Way to New York from Philly,train or automobile?

I am planning a surprise visit to the New York Auto Show for my girlfriend and I, and was wondering whether or not to use AMTRAK or just drive. My problems with driving is of course driving on I-95 and then finding my way through the city, not to mention

The only one that is actually in New York City is New York Penn Station. It's about a 10-15 mile walk from the Javitz Center.

From Philly, train would be best if you're close to an Amtrak station. The only problem with driving is that

On July 6, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced it would pay an additional $62 million to some New Orleans residents whose houses were destroyed by Hurricane Katrina to settle a lawsuit. The plaintiffs were African-American homeowners in New Orleans and several ACORN-style organizations such as the Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center and the National Fair Housing Alliance. ” It has already paid nearly $9 billion to New Orleans residents in four parishes, but that was not enough according to the plaintiffs in the lawsuit. They claimed black homeowners were discriminated against in payouts under the federal “Road Home” program, which allocated $11 billion for rebuilding communities and resettling displaced residents after the hurricane. The settlement will cost taxpayers “only” $62 million, but it displays, once again, the Obama administration’s partiality to bogus legal theories and its willingness to use taxpayer money to pander to left-wing advocacy organizations.

The definition given by the HUD for manufactured homes is now accepted as the appropriate definition of a mobile or trailer home and it is used as the correct term to describe such a property. The term mobile homes was discarded in the late 1980s and early 1990s in the wake of several changes being incorporated in the construction and architecture of manufactured homes such as covered porches and vaulted ceilings and the term mobile... HUD’s definition of Manufactured homes:. All HUD homes should have a steel undercarriage that is to be sued for transportation of the house to the land lot where it will be permanently installed. There is a distinct requirement for compliance with HUD codes that often works as the distinguishing factor for these homes....
